Photos take at least 2-3 weeks turn around time. We also offer a $45.00 rush fee, the rush fee is not applicable if the client needs their photos back within 1-2 days

If the client is not satisfied with their photos a refund of 1/2 your money back or a re-photoshoot if the client chooses a re- photoshoot the client has 24-48 hours to reschedule and book their shoot.

Yes we allow all our clients to view their photos before posting. We also allow our clients to let us know which photos they would like posted we also allow our clients to choose the photos they would like posted

When pictures are sent please DO NOT add any other filters to the pictures or crop my logo out Feel free to use any photo as your profile, cover photo or share the album to your timeline! Please DO NOT, crop, edit, And ALWAYS tag me for photo credit when sharing to your social media pages!

We are currently located in Lincoln, AL 35096 , Yes we do travel , we also having a variable traveling fee $55- $100 if you're located outside the Talladega County, Calhoun County, St.Clair County area.

Our photo sessions will receive a rage of 1-15 or 10-15 images

We do request that the client book at least 3 weeks-2 months in advance .

Clients booking for birthday sessions please book at least 3 weeks - 2 months before their birthday.

If the client books at least 1-3 days before their session date there will be a late booking fee taken place

We accept PayPal, Apple pay, Cash, Credit/Debit cards . or payment through your Invoice. we do request that clients pay through their Invoice please bring correct change when coming to your photo sessions.

Yes we encourage all our clients to print their photos printing your photos are very important and keeping those Memories forever and sharing those memories in your homes and sharing those memories with other Family members and making those photos last forever and printing last a-lot longer ! we have print packages email us for our print pricing.

If the session goes over the time limit clients will have to pay $25 for the extra time they have went over.

Yes we will have somewhere for the clients to change for their outside sessions. If the venue doesn’t have a bathroom we will have a changing tent for the client to change

For outside sessions during the spring forward season will be 3:00-7:00pm time , during the fall back season will be 2:30-5:00pm

We request the clients to get a photo update on their photos at least after 2 week mark. If the Client have paid a rush fee you may get a update after 5 days

Clients will receive their photos via online gallery, the gallery will be emailed , clients will be able to download their photos as well to their phone very easy steps !

Galleries do expire please be sure to download images before they expire !

If the client would like a certain backdrop color and we don’t have it and it has to be ordered but we do request that the client pays 50% for the Backdrop paper. Clients are not allowed to bring their own backdrops we will provided backdrops

Clients are allowed to bring balloons , cakes, confetti poppers, confetti, crowns , chairs, small floor balloons , tables, door curtains etc . clients are not allowed to bring balloon arches , color smoke bombs, color smoke poppers, or backdrops. If the client has a decorator we do request that we know what they are bringing and also they are not allowed to stay at the session they may leave and come back to pick up their things
